Thanks — your ballot was saved to the BDL Archive.

Competition & Resolution
Resolved: Wealth taxes do more harm than good.
Round Structure · 1v1
Each side has 5 minutes of prep, used whenever they like between speeches. Constructives may mix constructive and rebuttal material. No new arguments after a debater's own constructive. The Negative gives the final speech. Click a speech above to load it into the speech timer.

Pick the competition — its resolution appears underneath. Fill in your name, the round code and the two debaters as they appear on the pairing. Flow the round across the eight speech columns; add a row for each new argument. Mark a row ✕ if it was dropped or ❌ if it was raised too late, and 👑 the arguments that decided the round. Pick a winner and write your reason for decision.

At a BDL practice or competition, finish with Send to BDL Archives. Anywhere else, sending is optional — use Print / Save PDF to keep a copy or Email Summary to send the result from your own mail app. If the tournament runs on Tabroom, you still have to enter the decision, speaker points and feedback there as well; this page never posts to Tabroom, and the flow stays with you.

Your draft stays in this tab until you send it or clear it — a reload won't lose it, but closing the tab will.

Sending to the BDL Archives is required at BDL practices and competitions and optional elsewhere. On a Tabroom tournament, enter the result on Tabroom too — the flow is not sent anywhere.
